As an Internet professional, I sought an agent who included Internet marketing as part of their tool kit for sellers. What I got from Alan was that and a whole lot more.

Alan built a comprehensive online and offline marketing blitz to sell my property. Offline, he placed newspaper ads, distributed high-quality flyers, and held an agent open house. Online, he bought highly trafficked keywords on major search engines, provided quality virtual tours and photos of my property, and listed it on multiple websites for maximum exposure.

The results: My condo unit in Toronto sold above asking price with multiple offers in 1 week! Incredible results in a building that typically sees unit sales take 30-60 days for below asking. This can only happen when you have an agent who “gets it!”

I have had the pleasure of both listing and purchasing a Condo in Toronto through Alan.
